Patient had tooth #21 broken off. In order to save the broken tooth, it would require four major procedures; Root canal, Crown Lenghtening, Cast-post core and a Crown. Other option was to extract the damaged tooth and place a conventional fixed bridge which we will have to utilize the two adjacent teeth. The other option was to extract the damaged tooth and place a DENTAL IMPLANT. We chose the Dental Implant, which in this case was the optimum treatment.
